Mustafa Tuna ve Erol Tahtakıran tarafından hazırlanan ve RNK Neşriyat tarafından basılan "Glossary of Islamic Terms in the Light of the Risale-i Nur" İngilizce Lügat, Risalelerle alakalı olarak ilk defa yabancı bir dilde basılan ilk lügat özelliğini taşıyor.

İngilizce Lügatte geçen bazı kelimelerin izahatları;
most excellent of patterns (ahsen-i takvim; احسن التقويم ; aḥsan altaqwīm):
best of patterns, finest of forms, fairest of forms, best of forms, *finest state
God Almighty uses this phrase in referring to the creation of human beings in the most beautiful form and highest state. In this state, a human being is a mirror that, compared to other creatures, knows and represents his Lord in the most comprehensive way. In their superior creation, humans contain the seeds of many beauties and are distinguished with capacities such as understanding, believing, implementing, loving, showing compassion, and spiritual enjoyment and increase. When they use these perfect capacities in accordance with the purpose of their creation, humans rise to the highest of the high. However, they don’t always stay in that state. If they misuse the capacities that God has bestowed on them, they can also fall as far as the lowest of the low.
Thus, through performing their various duties of worship in the mighty mosque known as the abode of this world, they carried out the obligations and duties of their lives, and assumed ‘the finest of forms (11th Word; ŞV).
Since man has been created on the most excellent of patterns and has been given most comprehensive abilities, he has been cast into an arena of trial and examination in which he may rise or fall to stations, ranks, and degrees from the lowest of the low to the highest of the high, … (10th Word; ŞV).

All-Seeing (the –; Basir; البصّير; al-baṣīr):
One of God’s names. The One Who sees everything and Who gives the ability to see to His creatures. God does not need any organ, instrument, or means, such as eyes, to see. He sees everything directly Himself, and He sees and knows what His creatures see too.
The one who bestows the eyes, both sees the eye, and, a subtle meaning, sees what the eye sees, then he bestows them For sure, the oculist who makes some spectacles for your eyes, sees that they are suitable for your eyes, then he makes them (2nd Ray; ŞV).
verified faith (iman-ı tahkiki; إيمان تحقيقي; ʾīmān taḥqīqī):
verified belief, unshakeable belief
Faith that is based on knowledge and verification and therefore free from doubts. A faith that emerges in the heart upon contemplating one’s self and the cosmos through the lenses of knowledge and wisdom and that is powerful enough not to leave any room in the heart for doubts and hesitations. Sound and unshakeable faith that emerges from knowing and experiencing matters of faith based on definitive investigation.
The true affirmation of Divine unity which, through seeing on everything the stamp of His power, the seal of His dominicality, and the inscriptions of His pen, is to open a window directly onto His light from everything and to confirm and believe with almost the certainty of seeing it that everything emerges from the hand of His power and that in no way has He any partner or assistant in His Godhead or in His dominicality or in His sovereignty, and thus to attain to a sort of perpetual awareness of the Divine presence (22nd Word; ŞV).
sphere of contingency (daire-i imkan; دائرة الإمكان; dāʾirah al-imkān):
*sphere of possibility
All beings whose existence and nonexistence are equal and whose existence depends on an agent who chooses their existence. God is the Necessary Being Who does not need a chooser to exist. All things in the creation depend on God’s choice to bring them into existence to exist. Therefore, the sphere of possibility comprises the entire creation. On the other hand, impossible things, such as partners to God, do not belong to the sphere of possibility, because their existence and nonexistence are not equal; their existence is impossible and nonexistence is necessary.
Absolutely nothing at all is difficult for Him. However, many things there are in the sphere of contingency, He is able to clothe all of them with existence most easily. (20th Letter; ŞV).
resoluteness (azimet; عزيمة; ʿazīmah):
resolution, firm adherence to the Shari’a, *scrupulousness
To try to fulfill God’s commands in a complete and perfect way; to avoid not only what is forbidden but also what is doubtful.
The overly free and easy should not be indulged with dispensations, but determinedly and severely warned (The Letters, Seeds of Reality; ŞV).
